"The Definition of Insanity is by far the heaviest track on the record, and for me it was the hardest to write. We went through several lyrical revisions, and it just kept getting more visceral. I took the opportunity to see how far I could push myself in terms of harsh vocals, and nearly gave myself a migraine while recording them." Eric
